SUBJECT:
SUMMARY
OF.MEETING HELD IN BETHESDA, IIARYLAND WITH FPSL ON MARCH 1, 1,9,82 FP8L noted that certain aspects of Rev.
3 of the CE standard technical specifications (T.S.) were not applicable to St, Lucie 2 and explained how they handled this.
FPSL also noted that for purposes of a dual operator license-FP&L took some steps to make the St Lucie 2 T.S. look like S.L.l T.S.
FPSL Ivill hold-off working on the S.L.l T.S. until they have some assuranc'e of the acceptability of tPe marked-up S.L.2 T.S.
The S.L.2 T.S.
have some incomplete areas which FPSL expects to complete by April 1, 1982.
The staff will review the marked-up S.L.2 T.S. submitted by FP8L and provide our comments by April 16, 1982.
The staff emphasized that Rev.
3 of the CE standard T.S. is the format.,we are presently working to with some possible case basis exceptions and that this position will be adhered to when we review the S.L.:2 T.S.
It is expected that a completed T.S. for proof and review will be avail'abl',e",by August 2, 1982.
