LUCIE 2 DES-OL COMMENTS In my December 18, 1981 memo to you, I transmitted the formal FPEL comments on the St. Lucie 2 DES-OL for your review and action.
Since then LB//3 has received comments on the DES from other agencies and organizations.
These comments are attached to this memo for review and action by the persons designated.
With these late received comments it was necessary to extend the FES issue date to February 15, 1982, therefore, your comments should be provided to me by February 5, 1982.
