SUIRQRY OF MEETING HELD AT NRC l<ITH FPE(L ON JULY 21, 1981; REGARDING THE ST.
LUCIE 2 INITIALTEST PROGRN (CHAPTER 14)
A meeting was held on Tuesday, July 21 at NRC headquarters with members of the St. Lucie plant staff.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the applicant's responses to FSAR Chapter 14 questions (640.1-640.18).
Those questions were initially developed by Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratories.
Following review and modification by members of the Procedures and Test Review Branch, the questions were provided to St. Lucie.
On June 18 a meeting had been held with the applicant to dis'<uss the questions in sufficient detail to ensure that a clear understanding of what constituted an acceptable response existed.
The applicant provided draft responses the week of July 13.
The adequacy of these responses were reviewed with the St. Lucie staff at the July 21 meeting.
All outstanding items were resolved, and where response changes were needed, they were made in writing with change copies provided to the NRC, St. ',L:ucie, and PNL staff.
