I have enclosed for filing a supplemental Exhibit B to the "Partial Response of Florida Power
& Light Company in Opposition to 'Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request for Hearing'iled Out of Time by Parsons
& Whittemore, Inc.
and Resources Recovery (Dade County), Inc.N which was filed by mail on June 26, 1981.
With this supplement I have been able to provide a
complete copy of the "Basic Purchase Contract" between Parsons
& Whittemore's subsidiary and Metropolitan Dade County, the pertinent portions of which were set forth in the Exhibit B previously filed.
This supplement, for purposes of complete-
- ness, provides the entire contract.
T have govi8ed copies of this supplemental Exhibit B to the Board, Mr. Smith, and counsel for the NRC staff.
