The undersigned is representing Florida Power 6 Light Company in the above described matter while Mr. Bouknight is on vacation. "/ In FPL's Response (June 5, 1981) to the "Brief of Parsons and Whittemore in Opposition to Application

'for Issuance of Subpoenas,H FPL indicated file by today a partial response to Parsonsits6 Whittemore's intention to Late Petition for Intervention. (Response at 4). As the Response noted, this intention was based on FPL's belief that it would be able to obtain. some of the documents pertinent to this matter from Dade County, Florida. FPL has been able to obtain some of those documents, but was not able to do so- as expeditiously as it had anticipated.

to file a partial response to the late Petition and will do FPL still intends so as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, FPL still has been unable to obtain any documents from Parsons and Whittemore. Accordingly, FPL continues to
