Docket No

389 OL

~~py).Q. J~J~)t -.~

June 16, 1981 ORDER DISMISSING THE PROCEEDING In response to the Board's order of June 4, 1981, Mrs. Helen Shea Wells stated on June 12, 1981, "My status as an intervenor in an evidentiary hearing is withdrawn as of this date."

The letter was signed "Helen Shea Wells, Director, Hutchinson Island Coalition."

Mrs. Wells' response to the Board is being serviced with this order since it is apparent it was not previously serviced.

Mrs. Wells is obviously a conscientious, concerned citizen and in her statement of June 12, 1981, she has voiced her concern in considerable detail.

She has also expressed her confidence that the NRC Staff is receptive to that concern.

There are now no petitions to intervene pending before this Board.

The proceeding is DISMISSED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
