Yesterday we filed and served our "Motion To Establish Procedures, For A Declaration That A Situation Inconsistent With The Antitrust Laws Presently Exists And For Related Relief", plus Volume I of related appendices and indices of Volumes II and III of the appendices; we undertook to serve Volumes II and III today.
We filed and served Volume II today; but unfortunately our duplicating machinery'broke
- down, and duplic'ation of Volume III could not.be completed. today..=.,We.=sha31,.complete the duplication and shall file and serve Volume III tomorrow.
We regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused.
