& Light Company (FPL) hereby respectful moves for a brief extension of time to file its response to Florida Cities'etition to Intervene and Request for Consolidation.
FPL's response is now due on Friday, May 22, 1981.
Due to exigent circumstances FPL requests that date be extended 4/
until May 26, 1981.
This brief extension will not prejudice any party or cause any delay in this proceeding, since the days for which tne extension is sought cover only the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
Counsel for FPL has been authorized by counsel for Cities-to state that. the Cities have no objection to this motion.
