& Light Company, the Department of Justice, and the NRC Staff respectfully request that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board grant an extension of time until December 3, 1980 to reply to Florida Cities'ctober 9,
1980 Answer.
This request for an extension is made to allow for continuing discussions between the parties and for discussions between Florida Power 8 Light Company and the Florida Municipal Power Association regarding certain issues involved in Florida Cities'nswer.
Florida Cities do not object to the granting of this extension of time.
