& Light Company (Applicant), the U.S.

Department of Justice (Department) and the NRC Staff (Staff) respectfully move that the Board extend until Wednesday, November 19, 1980, the time for reply to the Florida Cities'nswer to Joint Motion dated October 9, 1980.

This additional time is required so that Applicant can complete discussions with the Florida Municipal Power Agency and with the Inter-venors regarding certain objections raised in the Cities pleading.

Counsel for the intervening Cities has authorized the undersigned to represent that the Cities have no objection to granting the relief requested in this joint motion.
