This pleading raises matters which are not addressed in any detail in the "Joint Motion of Department of Justice, NRC Staff, and Applicant to Approve and Authorize Implementation of Settlement Agreement" (Joint Motion).

& Light Company (Joint Movants) wish the opportunity to address those matters which may be relevant to the Board's consideration of the Joint Motion.
