Docket No. 50-389A MOTION FOR SUSPENSION OF INTERROGATORY RESPONSES The Department. of Justice, the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Florida Power

& Light Company (FPL) have reached a settlement of the differences between them in this proceeding.

Since this settlement, which has not been agreed to by Florida Cities, may affect the procedures to be

'followed in this case, Florida Cities and FPL move that interrogatory responses be suspended..

We are authorized to state that'counsel for the Department of Justice and for the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission support this motion.
