The radioactive effluent release report for the period January 1 to June 30, 1978 is submitted in accordance with St. Lucie Plant Technical Specification 5.6.1.c. All liquid and airborne discharges to the environment during the reporting period were analyzed in conformance to this specification. The minimum frequency for analysis, as set forth in St. Lucie Plant Technical Specifications, has been met or exceeded. None of Unit No. 1's effluent releases were above regulatory limits.

/. J ' E
The radioactive effluent release report, for the period July 1 to December 31, 1977 is submitted in accordance with St. Lucie Plant Technical Specification 5.6.l.c.
~ ~ ~ ~
All liquid and airborne discharges to the environment during the reporting period were analyzed in conformance to this specification. The minimum frequency for analysis, as set forth in St. Lucie Plant Technical Specifications, has been met or exceeded., None of Unit No. 1's effluent releases were above regulatory limits.

TABLE 4.3 'gives input data used in these calculations.

Calculations to Determine Existence of Excessive Releases The following calculations were used to determine if release rates had to be reduced to design objective levels. The resulting data show that a reduction is not necessary and that there are no reports about excessive releases required.
