7 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power and Light Company St. Iucie Unit 1 License No. DPR-67 Based on the NRC inspection April 1-3, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Technical Specification 3.9.2, during refueling operations, as a minimum, two wide range logarithmic flux monitors shall be operating, each with continuous visual indication in the control room and one with audible indication in the containment.
Contrary to the above, on April 1, 1980, during refueling operations, flux monitor indication was not audible in the containment.
This is an infraction.
