TELEPHONE 305 552-3824 QEPORT MONTH SEPTEMBER 1978 Scheduled refueling, maintenance, and inspections outage continued during month. Initial reactor criticality following completion of zefueling was accomplished on September 28, 1978.

Major Safety-related maintenance activities performed during the g month included: 1 Completed the Steam Generator Tube Inspection Program.

Installed 12 new fuel assemblies and shuffled partially spent fuel assemblies for Core Cycle V operation.
