During the recent evidentiary hearing in Miami, Mr. Lamke 'stated that he would submit an errata sheet containing corrections of the testimony of Edward J.
Fowlkes (Tr. 311).
A copy of the errata sheet is attached.
Also enclosed is a copy of Staff exhibit one which is thirteen pages of worksheets supporting Mr. Fowlke's testimony.
These worksheets were recently forwarded to the Staff by Mr. Lamke.
They wer referred to in the record at Tr. 383.
