Correction to GNRO-2017/00040
- Siva, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station would like to make a correction to Entergy Letter GNR)-2017/00040. The Request was meant, not for repair and replace activities, but simply, for ISI activities. We would like to highlight that change as shown below:

Pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 50.55a(g)(4)(iv), and in accordance with the guidance of Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2004-12, Entergy hereby requests to use a later Edition and Addenda of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, for repair /
replacement activities for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS) Inservice Inspection (lSI)
Program. This request is needed to support the third 10-year lSI interval. The details of the 10 CFR 50.55a request is provided in Attachment 1.
