This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. M. A. Kunowski of this
office on January 3-23, 1991, of activities at Dresden Nuclear Power Station,
Units 2 and 3, authorized by NRC Operating Licenses No. DPR-19 and No. DPR-25,
to the discussion of our findings with Mr. E. D. Eenigenburg and others on
January 18, 1991, at the conclusion of the regular onsite inspection, and to
the discussion with Ms. D. Saccomando on January 23, 1991, at the conclusion
of a review of several allegations regarding radiological controls.

The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during
the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective
examination of procedures and representative records, observations, interviews
with personnel, and independent dose rate measurements.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
