of NRC requireme~ts, as specified in the ertclosed Notice.

One licensee identified non-cited violation is identified within thts report.
This issue involved an inadeq~ate out-of~service checklist which resulted in an
- nadvertent automatic start of the swing diesel generator.
We have chosen not
to issue a notice of viblation because this violation met the.criteria d~lineated
in 10 CFR. Part .2.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, of the Commission's Regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosure(s) will be placed in the NRC Public Document
Room ...
