i The enclosed report summarizes the ARRR operations from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. This submittal complies with the requiref,ents set forth in 10 CFR 50.59, "Authorization of Changes, Tests and Experiments."
I In order to comply with NRC requirements to re5i61ve foreign ownership issues, Aerotest Operations voluntarily ceased reactor operatiOl)S on Oct. 15, 2010 and remains shutdown pending transfer of ownership to a U/.S. company. As such, summary forms of monthly operations and unscheduled power reductions are not applicable and are therefore not included in this report.
