The referenced letter indic~ted that certain ~ciivitie~
appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements.
A written response was requested for only one of the noncompliance items.
It is provided in the Attachment.
I informed Ms. Christoffer, in a telecon on January 6, 1987, that this response would be five days late.
The Attachment contains information concerning the Security Plan for a nuclear power station and should be controlled in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
