Enclosed is the NRC Staff's Supplemental Testimony of Paul W. O'Connor, Valentine Malafeew, William L. Belke, Seymour Block, Millard L. Wohl, and John R. Weeks in the above-captioned proceeding. Alse included are copies of the NRC Staff's Safety Evaluation and Environmental Impact Appraisal for the proposed modjfication, and the affidavit of Walter L.

Brooks, who has reviewed and evaluated certain changes in the proposed modification subsequent to issuance of the referenced Staff Safety Evaluation, and who has found such changes insignificant, and not resulting in the alteration of any NRC Staff conclusions on criticality expressed therein.
