50~10/237/249 and.50-254/265 P~rsur~nt to lb CFR 50.59~ Com~onwealth Edisrin Co. proposes tci amend Appendix A, -Technical *Spetifications, to Operating Licens~s OPR-2, DPR-19, DPR-25 for Dresden Units li 2t ~nd 3 and DPR-2~ and DPR~30 for Quad Cities Units l *and 2, respectively.
These amendments incorporate recent corporate and station organizational changes.
The major change* is the elimination* o,f the two figures which illustrate the corporate and station organizations.. These
. organization charts already exist and wi'll remain in the Commonweal th Edison Topical* Re po rt No. CE-1-A,. "Commonweal th Edi son Company Quality Assurance Program for Nuclear.Generating Stations."
Revisions to this topical report also require review and approval by the N~clear Regulatory Commission~ Eliminating the duplication Df information in the Technical Specifications and the Quality.
Assurance Manual (CE-1-A) will avoid errors, simplfy the review process, and eliminate future iicerise amendments if organizaiional chariges bccuri Since these ch~nges are administrative.in nat~re only,.-they present no unreviewed safety question.*
