- Reference (a) requested that power reactor licensees submit; with.in 30 days, proposed Technical* Specification changes to incorporate operability def inintions and general lim.iting *conditions *
.for operation containeq in Model Technic.al Specl.fication.
- .In-order to satisfy.the 30 day request, the* submittal for Dresden, Quad Cities,.and. Zion would have been required by the d~te of this letter.
Due to the number of units involved and the additional effort required to coordinate the responses from the different stations to maintain consistency, we will be unable to
