Dear Mr. Denton:
The following Security Plan revisions are enclosed:
Zion Station, Revision 6, dated April 21, 1980 Quad Cities Station; Revision 7, dated April 21A 1980 Dresden Station, Revision 8, dated April 21, 19~0 These revisions do not reduce effectiveness of the security plans and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
The purpose of the revision is to describe the implementation of part of the 10 CFR 73, Appendix B standards, to-include an effec-tive page listing and to assure clarity of specific commitments.
Because of the large number of editorial changes., which *affected most pages, side margin change indicators have not been included
~n the revisions.
The enclosures contain proprietary security information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d).
