REVIEW OF REVISION 6Q TO PORTIONS OF THE DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION GENERATING STATIONS EMERGENCY PLAN SITE ANNEX
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
In October 1998, Region Ill received Revision 6Q to portions of the Dresden Nuclear Power Station Generating Stations.Emergency Plan Site Annex. This revision was submitted under the provisions of 1 O CFR 50.54(q).
Based on your determinations that the changes in Revision 6Q do not decrease the effectiveness of your Emergency Plan, and that.the Plan continues to meet the standards of 1 O CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to Part 50, NRC approval is not required. Our initial review of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your Emergency Plan.
In accordance with 1 O CFR 2. 790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
