This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to have a management meeting on Friday, May 29, 1998. The meeting will be at 2:00 p.m. in the Training Center at Dresden and will be open to the public.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the recent performance at Dresden regarding reactor scrams and material condition issues.
