NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORTS 50-237/97010(DRS);
50-249/9701 O(DRS))
Dear Mr. Perry:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 31, 1997, in response to our
letter dated June 2, 1997, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with the failure to
provide individuals an exit from a Locked High Radiation area door, and the failure to
perform appropriate surveys to ensure compliance with the regulations at the Dresden
facility. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this
time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
