ORDER PROHIBITING INVOLVEMENT IN NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES (EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY)
This is to inform the Commission that an Order Prohibiting Involvement in NRC-Licensed Activities (Effective Immediately) was issued May 27. 1997 to Mr. Daniel R. Baudino.
The action was based on an investigation which concluded that Mr. Baudino deliberately violated 10 CFR 50.5 (Deliberate Misconduct) by submitting false information as to his criminal history on his personal history questionnaires. This falsification was done in order to gain unescorted access to the Dresden Nuclear Station.
The Order removes Mr.
Baudino from engaging ih NRC-licensed activities fo~ a period of five years.
In addition. following the five year prohibition from NRC-licensed activities.
for the same period of five years. Mr. Baudino shall provide notice to NRC for each acceptance of employment involving NRC-licensed activities or his becoming involved in NRC-licensed activities.
In the first notification. Mr.
Baudino shall include a statement of his commitment to compliance with NRC regulatory requirements.
It should be noted that the Individual has not been specifically informed of the enforcement action.
