The licensee revised the P-T limits to provide new limits that are valid to 22 effective full power.

In response to a Request for Additional Information CRAr'> that was issued on December 9. 1996 the licensee committed tp provide a revision.*to the suppqrting analysis*. GE report GE-NE-Bll-00707-0lRl. "Pressure Temperature Curves for Dresden and Quad Cities St~tions" dated July 1996 to reflect the addition of one standard deviation to the electroslag CES).weld chemistry mean values.
The licens~e also committed to revise the adjusted reference..
- temperature CART) tables for 18. 20 and 22 EFPY as a result of.the change in the chemistry mean values of the ES ~~ldS.
Since the proposed revisions did not affect the limiting material. they did not affect the P-T limits. Therefore. the staff approved the P-l *limits in a safety evaluation report that was* issued by letter. dated February 28. 1997.
By letter dated April 17. 1997. the licensee submitted the revis~d GE report.
GE-NE-Bll-00707-01R2. which included the above mentioned changes.
In addition. the licensee revised the ART tables to show the 22 as well as the
- 32 EFPY fluences. and added separate line items for each of the lower-iritermediate and lower shell courses.and the number of axial electroslag and submerged arc welds in each shell course.

Based on our evaluation of the submittal we conclude that the revisions to the GE report are acceptable. and do not affect the previously approved P-T limits for 22 EFPY.
This completes our efforts for TAC NOs. M98653. M98654. M98655 and M98656.
