Dear Mr. Perry:

This refers to the meeting conducted at the Dresden Station Training Center in Morris, Illinois on December 19, 1996. This meeting was to discuss your progress in completing actions outlined in the Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) No. Rlll-96-016. Topics discussed included your progress in completing the actions outlined in the CAL and other improvement initiatives.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
