In your letter you requested that these documents be exempted from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2_790_
NRC has reviewed the ComEd affidavit dated September 5, 1996, that identified information as proprietary and concluded that the claim adequately addressed the considerations for withholding as set forth in 10 CFR 2.790(b)(4), and therefore the NRC will withhold the information submitted with your September 5, 1996, letter from public disclosure.
