RESUMPTION OF LICENSED DUTIES FOR MR. M. KORCHYNSKY AND AMENDMENT OF LICENSE FOR MR. L. COYLE
Dear Mr. Perry:
This letter is to inform you that we have reviewed the material you submitted in your letter (JSPLTR #96-0123) of August 12, 1996, to request the license of Mr. Coyle be amended to remove the operating restriction placed on his license on December 5, 1995.
This restriction was removed effective August 12.
An amended license has been provided to Mr. Coyle.
You also provided information about Mr. Korchynsky who had similarly received an offsite assignment, but his license had not been amended to impose an operating restriction.
We have reviewed the material concerning Mr. Korchynsky's training and have determined he may resume licensed duties.
