March 14, 1996 This letter confirms the discussion between Kombiz Salehi of this office and Ed McVey of your staff to have a routine meeting at 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 1996, at the Region III Office in Lisle, Illinois. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Qualified Nuclear Engineering Program you have implemented at the three BWR stations.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
