Dear Mr. Perry:
November 3, 1995 We have received the enclosed Federal Emergency.Management Agehcy (FEMA) correspondence dated October 5, 1995, transmitti~g the findin~s for the offsite emergency preparedness aspects of the Dr~sden Nuclear Power Station exercise conducted on July 11-12, 1995.
No deficiencies were identified during this exercise. However; two Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) were identified during the exercise.
We* fully recognize that any remaining corrective actions to be implemented may involve parties and political institutions which are.not under your direct control.. Nonetheless, we expect that assistance, if appropriate, will be extended.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed FEMA report will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
