Dear Mr. Weidner:
February 28, 1995 This letter is to provide you with individual examination results for your applicants who took the initial license examination on February 13, 1995.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, this information is considered "proprietary."
The enclosed information supplements and is in addition to the examination report which will be issued upon completion of the operating test by the limited senior reactor operator candidate.
The following information is enclosed with this letter: :

A copy of the two reactor operator licenses.
Operator License Examination Report, ES-303-1, for the two reactor operator candidates. These reports provide individual examination results for each applicant.
ES-401-1, written examination and answer sheets for the two reactor operator applicants.
. A copy of the written examination and operating test for the limited senior reactor operator candidate will be provided when the results of the March 1995
- operating test are processed.
Enclosures 2 and 3 provide information identified by the examiners for each individual applicant. Through your Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
Program, we expect you will review the results and provide appropriate remedial training for individuals independent of their overall pass status.
