NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-237/93028(DRSS;
50-249/93028(DRSS))
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated November 5, 1993,
in response to our letter dated October 7, 1993, transmitting a Notice
of Violation associated with controlling material near contaminated area
boundaries at the Dresden Nuclear Generating Station.
We have reviewed
your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time.
These
corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
