NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Dresden Station, Units 2 and 3 Docket Nos. 50-237; 50-249 License Nos. DPR-19; DPR-25 During an NRC inspection conducted on July 7 through July 31, 1992, a violation
-0f NRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violation is listed below:
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.
Contrary to the above, the 1 icensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects.
Specifically, during the period of July 7 through July 31, 1992, five records \\'Jere identified as being incomplete or inaccurate.
These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
No response to this Notice of Violation is required.
