SEP 17 1993 This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. M. Kunowski of this office and Mr. D. Farrar of your staff to hold a management meeting* beginning at 9:00 a.m.
(CDT) on Friday, September 24, 1993, at the Dresden Station in Morris, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss concerns identified during a recent inspection of the radiological protection program at Dresden.
At the meeting, you should be prepared to discuss the issues identified in Inspection Report 50-237/93022(DRSS); and 5b-249/93022(DRSS).
While the purpose of this meeting is to discuss our specific concerns with the Dresden Station, recent events at LaSalle Station may indicate a broader issue with CECo radiological protection programs.
Corporate management involvement may be warranted.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this meeting.
