This meets the intent of Section E.l of the Examiner Standards (ES-501) in NUREG 1021.

Each applicant has authorized the release of this information to your facility by signing Block 19A of NRG Form 398.
All of the applicants from your facility passed this initial examination.
Copies of their licenses are included as Enclosure 4.
