Cook, Docket Nos. 50-315; 50-316 Dresden, Docket Nos. 50-237; 50-249 Duane Arnold, Docket No. 50-331 Fermi, Docket No. 50-341 Palisades, Docket No. 50-255 Perry, Docket No. 50-440 Prairie Island, Docket Nos. 50-282; 50~306 Quad Cities, Docket Nos. 50-254; 50-265 On June 9, 1993,.the NRC administered a Generic Fundanlentals Examination (GFE) section of the written.operator licensing examination to employees of your facility.
Enclosed with this letter is a copy of the examination answer key for forms "A" and "B", the grading results for your faciiity, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of the applicants taking the examination from your facility.
Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their answer sheets.
A "P" in the column labeled FINAL GRADE indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on. the GFE.
Those individuals having an "F" in the FINAL GRADE column failed the examination.
