SUBJECT:
INSPECTION OF DRESDEN RADIATION PROTECTION AND SHIPPING
This refers to the routine inspection by Messrs. S. Orth and M. A. Kunowski
of this office on October 29 to November 24, 1992.
The inspection included a
review of activities authorized for your Dresden Nucleai Station, Units 2 and
3, facility. At the conclu$ion of the inspection, findings were discussed*
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed rep6rt.
Areas examine~ during the inspection are identified in the report. Within*
the$e areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures .
and representative records, iriterviews with per~onnel, rad1ation measurements,
and observations of activities in progress.
No violations of NRC requirements wer~ identified during the course of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the -enclosure will be placed in the NRC Pub l iC Document Room.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have-concerning.this inspection.
