Based ori our discussions duri'ng the meeting and our review and evaluation of*

enclosed meeting summary.
With the incorporation of the revised page(s) from
Enclosure 3, the Initial SALP Report should be considered to be the Final SALP
Report.
In accordance with Sectiori 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10~ Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter with the
