This refers to an Enforcement Conference conducted by
Mr. A. Bert Davis and other members of the Region III staff on-
October 23, 1992, regarding activities at the bresden Nutlear
Power Station, Units 2 and 3, and to the discussion of our
findings with your staff.
We have enclosed a report summarizing
the discussion.
Based on the information presented and discussed at the
Enforcement Conf~rence, it was determined that the licensee had
not violated 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion XVI, "Corrective
Action."
Therefo~e, no. response is required. for this matter .
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commiss_ion's regulations,
a copy of this lette~ and the enclosures will.be placed in the
NRC Public Document Room.
