The IMAP was developed to address performance improvement issues identified by NRC, CECo management, and various industry consultants.
During the meeting, you discussed the current IMAP status, and the proposed implementation steps. The most significant was a planned senior management retreat with the new site vice presidents to discuss resource allocations, organizational structures, and organizational responsibilities.
A list of attendees at the meeting is provided in Enclosure 1.
