Dear Mr. Reed:
This refers to your letter dated October 30, 1991, in response to.our letter
~ated September 9, 1991, Conce~ning the alleged discrimination of an employee foi having engaged in protected activities. This alleg~tion cdncerned an individual who was terminat~d after raising concerns during an As-Low-As-Reasonably-Achievable (ALARA) meeting. After reviewing the records of this case, we have determined that we could not substantiate the allegation. -
He~ce, no enforcement a2tion will be taken.
No response to this letter is required.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
