. JUL 3 1 199Z This is to acknowledge receipt of Revision NSEP-DA-9202 of the Dresden Station Annex to the Generic _Generating Station Emergency Plan {GSEP) which was transmitted by letter dated April 14, 1992 from Mr. P. Piet of your staff.
We have reviewed the changes to the Dresden Annex and determined.
- that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54{q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.-
Therefore, t~ese changes are acceptable.
I In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a
