which occurred on October 18, 1991.
Based on a review of your findings identified in your response to the*CALi the corrective actions takeri in response to the event, and our irispectiohs*of
- these activities, I believe that sufficient corrective actions have been taken; are currently in progress, or are planned which will prevent recurrence 6f this event.
We will continue to monitor your progress on completing these corrective actions d~ring future routine inspections. Accordingly, Confirmatory Action Letter RIII-91-014 is considered closed.
