SUMMARY

OF MEETING HELD WITH COMMONWEALTH EDISON TO DISCUSS PROPOSED TOPICAL REPORT {QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM) REVISION On October 21 1991, NRR staff met with representatives from CECo's Quality Assurance (QA~ and Nuclear Licensing organizations to discuss the proposed topical report revision. The discus~ions included the licensee's'approach, planned schedule and associated activities related to the formal submittal; The list of meeting attendees is provid.ed as Enclosure 1.

The.1 i censee presented an overview of their p~op'osed revision to the QA program for information and informal dis'cussion. A copy of the handout is provided as Enclosure 2.

The presentation addr~ssed sp~cifics of CECo's QA program such as historical perspectfve, ctirrent status;.~nticipated actions, and rewrite process.
