Dear Mr. Reed:
.We have received your letter dated July 15, 1991, which transmitted your proposed scope of participation and objectives for the Dresden Statfon's emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for October 9, 1991.
We have reviewed your submittal and have discussed it with Mr. D. Harker of your staff.
We have determined that the proposed scope of participation, which includes the nearsite Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) but not the corporate EOF, and the objectives are acceptable.
